2. Terms of Purchase

The day you order our Services marks the beginning of your ability to access Our Services.  

You will receive a fixed number of POINTS with your membership, depending on the signup option chosen. These points will be used by you to access premium data sources. The minimum point amount is six, which is enough for complete individual investigation and records lookup. More points are available at extra charge in our members section. The unlimited access applies only to those resources that are not marked as premium.
 
If you used a credit card you may be subject to a preauthorization at the time you order. The preauthorization is not a charge to the credit card. However, the then applicable charge may be reserved against your available credit card limit. Contact your credit card issuing financial institution for details. 
 

3. Privacy Policy

4. Limitations

In addition we access court records - these are alternatively known as arrest records, police records, DUI / DWI record, and by other names - from county, state, federal and appeals courts. They also include civil court records where one private citizen brings action against another private citizen (known as suing someone).  In addition to govermen and court records InfoRegistry accesses address, phone and property records as well as vital records.
